Cork and Fork Cooking Classes
A must for any foodie who also enjoys wine.

Greg Fredwest our executive chef will be hosting the classes. Learn how to prepare seasonal dishes and pair them with wine. Reservations are required and the cost is $20.00. Every Saturday at 2pm.

Sept 11th - Sensibly Saucy
Making a basic stock for soups and sauces. Then transforming the stock into a gorgonzola veloute, with wine poached chicken breast.

Sept 18th - Football Season
Learn how to make the perfect sandwich for football season. Roast pork loin, caramelized onions, and Munster cheese sandwiches served with a horseradish cream sauce.

Sept 25th - Under the Tuscan Sun
Learn Chefs recipe for Polpettine and Spaghettni or Meatballs and Spaghetti. Served with homemade Caesar salad and garlic bread.

October

October 2nd - Gumbo! Oui Chef!
Learn the basics of making roux the basis of sauces, stews, and stocks. The we will create a wonderfully hearty Chicken, Sausage and Okra Gumbo, paired with a wine or beer.

October 9th - Una Noche en España- a Tapas Class
Learn how to make traditional empanadas, Manchego con Membrillo (Spanish cheese with quince paste), and pollo en chimmichurri.
